Strategic design and communication work that drives results.
ICS — Institutional Compliance Solutions
Brand Identity • Email Strategy • Launch Communications
Overview
ICS is a national Title IX and compliance firm founded by attorney Courtney Bullard of Chattanooga, TN. When she left her law firm to launch ICS, she needed credible branding and a strategic communication system that would allow her to reach institutional leaders across the country.
My Role
Partnered with ICS to build the brand from the ground up:
Logo + visual brand identity
Marketing collateral for legal services and training programs
Mailchimp setup, list segmentation, and ongoing email campaigns
Outreach to Title IX coordinators, superintendents, HR directors, and higher-ed administrators
Creative direction during a period of rapid growth
Impact
The email campaigns and branding foundation I created helped drive ICS’s early visibility, course enrollment, and client acquisition. ICS grew from a solo startup to a multi-attorney national firm with online training programs used by institutions across the United States — earning national media attention, including HBO features.
Testimonial
“Anne played a pivotal role in launching and growing ICS. The branding she created gave us instant credibility, but it was the Mailchimp marketing system she set up—and continued to manage—that truly became the engine of our business. Her segmented email campaigns consistently drove traffic to our website and turned interest into enrollment for our online training programs. That outreach strategy helped us reach institutional leaders across the country, build a national client base, and scale quickly. Anne’s understanding of our audience, her eye for design, and her ability to communicate complex topics clearly made her an invaluable partner in ICS’s success.” — Courtney Bullard, Founder & CEO, ICS
